Amber Onboarding


In 2021, we introduced the app to the US market with the aim of achieving robust international expansion. In 2022, we expanded its reach to 60 new countries spanning across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America. I was responsible for the complete research and end-to-end design of the new onboarding flow.

Account setup

We decided to create a unified main flow that could cater to each country. Based on our research, we removed the step of adding documents and retained only the essential elements, allowing users to seamlessly access the Dashboard.

Make your first purchase

Yet another inclusion in this onboarding process was the feature enabling users to make their first purchase right away.


This new flow reduced onboarding time by 50% and increased user satisfaction.
